SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE “FICTION” CATEGORY!In 2004, The 9/11 Commission Report: Final Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States was named a Finalist for the National Book Award in Nonfiction. This remains the only instance that a government report has been nominated for the National Book Award.
